•⁠  ⁠Since each board is custom-made, returns are not accepted once the product has been used or exposed to water.

•⁠  ⁠If your board arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or repair.

•⁠  ⁠Exchanges for size or model are possible only before the board has been shipped.
